Who this covers
This notice explains how Lenucs handles personal information in Lenucs Console and on forms published at lenucs.link. Businesses that use Console decide what their forms ask for and what they do with the responses; for that information they are responsible for their own privacy obligations to the people who fill in their forms.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
- Workspace data: the leads, customers, forms, bookings, tasks, notes and other records you and your team add.
- Form responses: the answers people submit on lenucs.link forms, plus the page source and campaign parameters of the link they used.
- Form analytics: views, starts and submissions with a random visitor identifier, device type and referring website. Submissions also store a one-way hash of the IP address, used for spam prevention and rate limiting.
How we use it
To run the service: signing you in, storing and showing your workspace data, delivering form responses to the right workspace, preventing spam and abuse, and enforcing plan limits. We do not sell personal information.
Lenucs AI
When someone in a paid workspace uses Lenucs AI, the question and the relevant workspace records that person is allowed to see are sent to our AI provider to generate the answer. AI is only used when someone asks for it.
Cookies
Console uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember which workspace you last used. Public forms do not set advertising cookies.
Service providers
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication and file storage, and an AI provider for Lenucs AI. They process data on our behalf to provide the service.
Your choices
You can update your profile in Console, and workspace owners can delete records. To ask about, export or delete your personal information, contact us at unabantusilwana61@gmail.com.
